Before you book
How long does a groom take?
Most grooms take 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on breed, coat condition, and service selected. We'll give you a time estimate when we confirm your appointment.
Do I need to be home?
Someone 18+ must be present at the start to hand off your dog. After that, you're free to go inside — we'll knock when we're done.
Do you need a water hookup?
No. Our van carries its own fresh water and power. We don't need anything from your home.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, check, and most major cards. Payment is collected at the end of your appointment.
How far in advance should I book?
For most areas we can fit you in within a week. Concord and Kannapolis often have same-week availability. Call or submit the form and we'll check the schedule.
