Service agreement

By scheduling a grooming appointment with Pawfect Mobile Grooming, you agree to these terms. These terms govern all grooming services provided by Pawfect Mobile Grooming LLC.

Appointment and scheduling

Appointments are confirmed by phone. We arrive within a 2-hour window and will call 30 minutes before arrival. A person 18 years or older must be present at drop-off and pickup. If no adult is present when we arrive, we may not be able to complete the service and a cancellation fee may apply.

Health and vaccination

All dogs must be current on rabies vaccination. By scheduling an appointment, you confirm your dog is up to date on required vaccinations and is free of contagious illness. Dogs showing signs of illness (vomiting, lethargy, open wounds, kennel cough symptoms) may be declined service at our discretion for the safety of our groomers and other animals.

Aggressive dogs

We reserve the right to stop a groom at any time if a dog exhibits dangerous aggression. In such cases, you will be charged for work completed up to that point. We will always discuss the situation with you before applying any charge and will not continue working with a dog that poses an unmanageable safety risk.

Matting

Severely matted coats may require additional fees, which we will quote before beginning work. In extreme cases, shaving may be the only humane option. We will discuss this with you before proceeding.

Pricing and payment

All quotes are provided before the groom begins. Final pricing is based on the dog's breed, coat condition, and services rendered. Payment is due at the completion of service. We accept cash, check, and most major credit/debit cards.

Cancellations

We request 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a prepayment requirement for future bookings.

Liability

Pawfect Mobile Grooming carries general liability insurance. In the unlikely event a dog is injured during grooming, we will notify you immediately and assist with getting appropriate veterinary care. Our liability is limited to the cost of necessary veterinary treatment directly resulting from an incident during the grooming service.

Photography

We may photograph dogs before and after grooming for our portfolio and social media. If you do not want photos of your dog used, please let us know at the time of booking.
